VISUAL Message Center:
Notifier
Two-way real-time messaging is vital for any high availability environment.
Notifier uses SMS and email messaging to any mobile device to ensure that systems are monitored and capable of reacting in real-time. Any message or event received by VISUAL Message Center can be broadcast to one or multiple mobile devices. If the message requires a reply (such as an interactive or batch iSeries inquiry message), recipients can reply remotely from their device. It allows operators to manage critical systems at any time of day, from anywhere in the world.
Escalation lists let you adapt message distribution to your organization. If messages are not replied to, they get escalated automatically to other operators until the issue is resolved. Escalation rules can be adjusted according to type of message, time, day, and so on.
- Distribute important messages to mobile phones, pagers
- Reply remotely with two-way messaging
- High availability escalation lists ensure the message is replied to, before your operations are affected
