Meet Sales and Marketing: Introducing Pat Condon, Western Territory Sales Representative

Go West, young woman, go West! OK — don't actually go West; just get things GOING in the West!

Patricia "Pat" Condon started with SoftLanding on October 1, 2004 and handles all new software management sales in the Western United States.

Pat says she enjoys working at SLS because of " …the emphasis on customer care by everyone in the company. I've always been a firm believer that immediate response and feedback are the key elements to a successful company; it is plain to see that SLS employees are team players, and customers come first."

Being the new kid on the block in any company is difficult, but Pat smiles and states that in any situation "…I can walk into someone's office and they will assist me with my question — making me look good and making the customer satisfied!"

Pat has been selling software since the mid 1980's, and that experience has shown her that building relationships is critical to successful selling. She enjoys getting to know her customers, and finds that it helps her better understand what their needs are.

While she enjoys building relationships in the workplace, she recognizes that the most important relationships are family ones. "I consider myself the luckiest person in the world. I have been blessed with two daughters who both teach elementary school and one son who works in nearby Vermont. I have three grandsons and two granddaughters who are all gorgeous, intelligent, caring, and all-around awesome people. Last but not least, I have the world's greatest husband! My family has made me who I am today."
