We are looking for someone to join our IT Services Team to provide support to our internal workforce supporting desktops, laptops, and servers. Requirements and responsibilities include:
- Knowledge of current Windows Client and Server environments, Ethernet networks, and computer security
- Ability to quickly comprehend problems and solutions while multi-tasking
- Should enjoy learning technical concepts and resolving technical issues
- Must also provide backup to shipping department, managing software shipments via UPS worldwide
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Outgoing and cheerful demeanor, service oriented
- iSeries, WebSphere, and Lotus Notes administration experience is a plus!
